This clever little glitter includes multiple shades of holographic, iridescent or metallic glitter, providing a colour changing effect when seen in different lights. Under the Sea colour shifts from green, to blue to purple. Best applied with a Prima sponge applicator brush or your fingertips and either over a primer or eyeshadow of your choice.
