Made with pure essential oils
Creates a calming and grounding ambience to help you overcome stressful situations - or use simply to unwind after a hard day at work. A tension relieving blend of uplifting Bergamot and Rosewood works with relaxing Lavender & Clary Sage to soothe nerves.
10ml for use in diffusers, burners, for steam inhalation or for massage.
Add a few drops to your traditional burner or fragrancer or dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil if using for massage.
Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Keep away from children and out of eyes. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin. For further advice on using essential oils to treat medical conditions, we recommend you seek advice from a professional.
